承德地区宽城县村镇房屋抗震性能调查

Investigation and Analysis on Seismic Performance of Village Houses in Kuancheng County, Chengde Prefecture

  • 摘要: 为了解承德市宽城县村镇房屋抗震性能,对宽城县18个乡镇46个村12 699栋房屋进行实地调研和统计,主要调查该地区房屋建造年代、建筑结构、建筑材料等信息,分析不同结构类型房屋的隐患点,计算宽城各村镇房屋抗震设防能力。调研及计算结果表明,该地区房屋主要有砖混结构、砖木结构和石木结构,抗震设防性能参数在0.08~0.57之间,抗震性能一般,不能很好地满足抗震设防要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to understand the seismic performance of rural houses in Kuancheng County, Chengde City, field research and statistics were conducted on 12,699 houses in 46 villages of 18 towns in Kuancheng County. We mainly investigate the building age, building structure and building materials information. This paper analyzes the hidden danger points of houses with different structural types, and calculates the seismic fortification capacity of the houses in various villages and towns in Kuancheng. The investigation and calculation results show that the houses in this area mainly have brick-concrete structure, brick-wood structure and stone-wood structure. The seismic fortification performance parameter is between 0.08 and 0.57. The seismic performance is general, which can not meet the seismic fortification requirements.
