Abstract:
In this paper, the power spectral density (
PSD) value within the frequency range of 0.01~20 Hz and the noise root-mean-square (
RMS) values within the frequency range of 1~20 Hz of 48 seismic stations in Inner Mongolia are calculated by using the PDF method, the ambient noise level in Inner Mongolia was analyzed quantitatively. The results show that the average noise level of 45 stations classified as class I, 3 stations classified as class Ⅱ; Background seismic noise, for the frequency band above 1Hz, it is mainly affected by highways and human beings; In the frequency range of 0.6~1 Hz, the difference of ambient noise is small; In the low frequency band, the influence of temperature and humidity on the horizontal direction is greater than that on the vertical direction, and that on the cave platform is less than that on the ground platform.
