韧性城市视角下城市应急避难场所空间可达性研究

Research of Spatial Accessibility of Urban Emergency Shelter with the Perspective of Resilient—Taking Urban District of Hohhot as an Example

摘要: 两步移动搜寻法是公共服务设施空间可达性研究中的重要方法之一，在国内外公共服务设施布局研究中得到了广泛的应用。选取呼和浩特市城区作为研究区域，采用两步移动搜寻法对应急避难场所的可达性进行研究。结果表明：①呼和浩特市城区应急避难场所分布不均匀，很多街道无应急避难场所使用；②呼和浩特市城区避难场所可达性服务水平较低，中部及北部街道比西南街道可达性服务水平高。

Abstract: Two-step mobile search method is one of the important methods in the research of spatial accessibility of public service facilities and has been widely used in the research of layout of public service facilities at home and abroad. The urban area of Hohhot was selected as the research area, and the two-step mobile search method was used to study the accessibility of emergency shelter. The results show that:（1）the emergency shelter is not evenly distributed in the urban area of Hohhot, and many streets have no emergency shelter;（2）The accessibility service level of refuge places in The urban area of Hohhot is lower, and the accessibility service level of central and northern streets is higher than that of southwest streets.
